At Baltic Buzz Cart, our prices are always tailored to fit to your exact needs. Let us know the type of event, the desired hours of service, and any extra services you require, and we'll provide you with a complimentary quote - our service costs and beverage expenses are listed separately. A recommended budget of $3-$10 per guest should cover the beverage expenses, depending on your choices. Ready to supply us with the details?
Thank you for considering us to provide alcohol for your event. Unfortunately, we are not licensed to sell alcohol, so providing it directly is not an option. However, we are more than happy to help you create a shopping list so that you know exactly how much to buy. By providing you with an accurate list, you can be confident that you are getting exactly the right amount for your needs. We'll also offer you expert advice when it comes to choosing the right beverages for your event.
Of course! We will happily get the alcohol from you on the day of your event. All we ask is that you try to keep it cold! Baltic Buzz Cart is not responsible if you run out of beverages at your event.
Yes, our bartender included in your package will serve any beverages at your event; both by the bottle (beer, wine, spirits, etc.)
The best way to get in contact with us is by filling out our inquiry form HERE or by sending an email to info@balticbuzzcart.com We accept phone calls at (562) 210-7273. We will use texting and calling during the day of your event for set up, drop off, and pick up reasons! Texting is NOT and will NEVER be the best way to get in contact with us. Thanks for understanding!
We need 14 days in advance for all our services.
We will travel within San Mateo, CA County, and near by areas for no fee! If your event location is outside of those two cities, we do have a travel fee. We travel up to an hour and a half outside of San Mateo County to surrounding towns for a fee. We prefer to stay within the San Mateo and Bay area, but we will always consider traveling to you to make your event happen if you reach out to us.
No private event is too small or too big for us - if we can make it happen, we'll be there. And rest assured, we never offer cookie-cutter packages or charge per person. Your event will be tailored to your exact needs and budget.
Here are the services and rentals we offer: bartending, Buzz Cart rental, Champaign Cart rental, Slushy Machine, backdrop rentals, and more! We are always adding to our list.
